My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly, the amenities fell short of expectations. The location was convenient, but the dining options were disappointing. Overall, it was an okay stay with room for improvement.

The hotel is a great deal and always very clean, but the rooms were way smaller than expected. The staff did not accept to give loyalty rewards points but were not professional. The location is good and very close to restaurants and other establishments, easy to drive to any place in Toronto. The dining was pretty gross, not offering any type of fruits, with limited tasty options. However, miso soup was available.
